Are tools available to do so even?
Oh heavens no! I just finished prepping 1k LC 223 brass. Recrimping then, assuming you could, would be doing the devil’s work.

Yep I have spent a lot of time removing the crimps from primer pockets myself.

I’m curious, do want to do this or just want to know if the tools exist?

I’ve never heard of one or anybody inquiring about one come to think about it.

Buzz the primer pocket crimp, chamfer in & out, just flippin the case in hand. Done thousands of 5.66/.223 . Also have the RCBS bench mount swager that works fine for the primer pocket. But for a batch of sized and trimmed cases the Lyman is so quick for the 3 tasks.
