Up for sale is one of my JM Marlins (2005 built) 1894C in desirable 357mag/38sp. Very clean lever, metal is in excellent shape with no bluing loss or rust spots. Wood has no chips or deep scratches just normal little safe bumps here and there.

Based on loading gate and muzzle, this one was shot very little. It does have an area on bottom of butt stock where finish has rubbed a little light from being in gun rack... See pic. Can probably be touched up pretty easy if you wanted to.

Sorry guys... Didn't notice when taking pics but looking back thru ads in pic there is a very tiny nick in wood on right side of tang you can see in pic posted. Looked over again real close and that's it.

It's a 2005 build. 100 - 95 = 2005 year. Nice clean rifle.

You have time to change it in your OP.

Here we have another JM Just Marvelous Marlin, and this one in the highly sought after pistol cartridge .357MAG / .38 Special, and a carbine to boot.

This fine example of American Iron needs to be purchased for that fine grandson you have, born in 2005, and presented as a gift this Christmas, or Birthday before, for him to remember for a lifetime.

You know what you’re looking at, and you know you want it, even if not for a grandkid, but for you. Stop making excuses. Momma will get over it. She knows you’re a gun nut, and this won’t be the first time she’s been mad at you over a gun purchase.

You can have this beautiful rifle “in your hands” by next week if you just type those three famous words, so what’s holding you back? Clean specimens like this don’t show up everyday, and you know it, so buy it.

You’ll kick yourself the rest of the year, if you let this one slip through your hands for the low price being asked, so buy it.

Just do it.

Just buy it.

Thanks ElkSlayer... Couldn't have said it better myself. This one needs to go to a member on the fire vs GB.

Looks like stained birch stock/forearm, not walnut.

Looks like one of the Big 5 birch stock rifles. Still a genuine Marlin though.

A very clean carbine JM Marlin in awesome 357mag. Market is a little soft right now so take advantage. I'm not one to bump ads over and over with little price drops.

I need $700 on this one plus ship so let's do $735 shipped on this one. Will leave up for couple days then off to GB or back in safe.

$735 shipped

That's why it was under $1000.

I'll admit, I drooled on my keyboard at least once... grin

Wondered why it sat so long.
I have one in walnut so passed on it.

That was a great buy!
