My neighbor has the origional Baush and Lomb 6x24 fine duplex. Make him an offer. He has it on a custom 223 BR rifle now, shooting tiny groups and he wants to bump up to a Sightron because that is what he has on two other rifles.

I have a couple 4200 scopes (3-9x40 and 2.5-10x40)in very good condition. Curious as to what are they worth?
Does Bushnell still stand behind them with their lifetime warranty? Would they swap them out for current model since the 4200 series are no longer made??
Great scopes no matter what size but I am only looking for the 6-24 & 8-32 and yes bushnell stands behind them and replace them with the newest current model ONLY if the 4200 is broken they are not gonna just swap out because you want the new model

No, I was not asking for a swap of an unbroken scope. I merely was asking how Bushnell would handle a possible warranty issue.

1st off there is no need to take the LORDS name in vain especially on a thread you have NO need inputting on but NOO need for that at all and then not saying a word till someone else did ,did you go through all the post on here and put your input on what you dont like several on here alot older that are still getting bumped ,why are you even responding there is no time line for post i have found several on here bought several turned down several have friends wanting them also,new members join on here everyday maybe they mite have one want to get rid of or maybe a member decides to get rid of one but i hope the new members that join are not a karen like you .if you dont like it dont read it .

I don't see a 6-24X40.
It looks like they went tactical on the 4-16, now with 50mm Objective end. I'm pretty sure the discontinued version was 40mm...Tom
Just curious, if anyone has done a true comparison of these with the original line Elite 4200/4500 scopes. I have a 4-16x40 4200 that I love if the new 4500 version with 50mm objective is comparable, the price certainly is attractive.
I have not I have bunch the 4200 and really like them and my friends have started wanting them I have really been debating on trying the 4500 tho
I am like you and like the 4200 line and have several of these scopes. WONDERING why you do not want the BAUSCH AND LOMB scope in Gloss finish as they are harder to find and I think are a better scope. Also I think the elite 4200 4-16x40 seems to have better clarity to my eyes anyway. Good luck in your search that is the fun of it to me anyway.

We use them for varmint hunting , 22 -12 ga competition shoots and just plan ole hunting

What range do these cost: really good deal to slightly overpriced?
It all depends if 24 or 32 power shade box and retinal been from 350 - 600 I have gotten them mainly for fair price
I started using them put 5-6 on guns of mine then my buddies wanted some I I look for them for them they let me hunt there farms and land so I’m the there internet hound for them

I have a 4200 elite 8-32x with 1/8” min dot and sun shade. Only issue is it looks like the right horizontal xhair has a bend in it. Not sure if it’s a optical illusion though.

Having a hard time thinking you do not have enough of these yet. Really how many buddies do you have?? Any way I will help you .Go to rimfire central classifieds great condition with just a couple little scratches where I think was caused by rings, maybe covered up when mounted. 8-32 , duplex. matte, with box. Just what you are looking for all the time. 400 dollars. Maybe I should start buying these and reselling to you. LOL!
