This is an easy sub MOA shooter running from .75 to .30 5 shot groups. Did have one 1 hole 3 shot group. with 87gr Nosler's. Barrel is right at 22 inches (not counting flash hider and extension). Barrel work was done by Paladin in NC. Includes Honady dies. PM me if you want to see the loading data reference I used. I used a very good precision trigger and 20X scope with my lower (none of those are included). So dont think you will get sub MOA groups with a stock trigger and a cheep low power scope.

$350 for complete upper, $275 without BCG&CH. Shipping on your dime, Postal Money Order or Check.

Couple quick answers:
1. Yup its dear legal (243).
2. No its not a safe queen. About 500 rounds through it.
3. Nothing wrong with it. Just moving on to the next project (204 Ruger).
4. Weighs 5lbs 15.5oz. The barrel is profiled .750 from the gas block to the threads (muzzle).
5. Barrels were bought a a group from GM ( http://www.gmriflebarrel.com/rx244-27-243-cal-1-20-od-4140cm-1-10-turned-bbl-blank/ ).
6. The best load was the 87gr VMAX Hornady (Item #22440) with 25.6gr H335 our SD was 4fps.
7. This is the data we used to start https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bzuroq2iOSD7S2JDRFFYMFQtRTg/view
8. Very easy to make, neck size a 223 to 243 (with the FL sizing die included) and shoot. No change in the shoulder so 223/556 go/no-go gauges are used for this caliber.

We bought 8 (I think) I know we had 4 made exactly the same and the chambers were made consecutively so all our data would easily cross over between the shooters. The best load was the 87gr VMAX Hornady (Item #22440) with 25.6gr H335 our SD was 4fps. Lots of sorting brass (we use once fired nickel 223 brass to help distinguish from regular 223 and 556) and sorting bullets to get the weights even. great deal on a great caliber. what is the handguard? brand?
Handguard is a inexpensive free float that I had laying around. It is a great caliber.
I know this rifle.

The barrel was one of 19 that we commissioned three or four years ago with my gunsmith for a group build for friends.

It is an excellent shooter.

The seller is a personal friend with impeccable integrity.

Buy with absolute confidence.
