I have a beautiful 1980 Ruger Red Label 20 gauge only fired 5 times with original box, paper, as it came. Would is gorgeous with 3” chamber, full & mod. I can text pictures. $2000 shipped

Not really. There's nothing particularly unique or rare about that particular vintage of Red Label.

Yep, they are. I have one identical to this bought new in 1980 from a Coast to Coast Hardware with the original box and paperwork as well and the selector marked "O/U" vice the later "T/B." Great shotgun, but hardly a "holy grail" or even uncommon. This is sort of like when someone declares an item "rare" because "it's the only one I've ever seen." Get out some more, I suppose.

We need a little more of this on here, I scroll by but it gets old also with bump after bump, on a item listed double its worth. that's what Gunbroker is for
This thread would be a good argument for the forums that do not allow replies on for sale ads.

However it is great to be part of a forum that is not heavily moderated
