Stock is nice, barrel bright and shiny with no pitting in chamber, nice trigger assembly, magazine worn, bolt assembly worn, reciever ruined, action bar assembly good, and action tube/spring in good shape. Any interest give me a shout here. Just a hobby for me and looking for another project.

The magazine is worn pretty badly to be honest. I'll take some pics of it.

That's all pretty typical wear for the Rem 742s. I bet that gun didn't fire more than a few hundred rounds.

Alot of interest in this gun cleaned/assembled so I will take $475 shipped conus in hard case from my FFL, my loss. First public I'll take it get's it.

Just being honest as it has normal wear from bolt these guns are known for.

It put 3 180s w/H4895, mid range load under an inch last week. Light recoil with that load for an 06.

Yes that a shooter not a parts gun. Good buy here. Pa. guy's should be all over this.
