I am a little confused on the 338 Win Mag set. Is it just missing the nut that goes on the expanding rod? Or is it missing the whole expanding/decapping unit?

Also, are these dies in good usable condition with no rust?

If it is just the nut and they are in good condition I will take this set of dies.
