Great old rifle there. What serial number range was that one?

I am not the original owner. Got the rifle from an old buddy who got it from another old vet who was passing. He had the Remington and a Ruger 77 LH 7 Rem Mag as well. I gifted the Ruger to my backwards little brother.

Thanks for the looks though. It’s got some dings and some blueing wear around the muzzle but seems like a solid old 700.
