I've come into a number of these. I was told they are DGS, or dangerous game slugs.. whatever that means. The wad is integral to the slug. Combined weight is about 495 grains. The lead seems quite hard.
$0.40 ea as many as I can pack into a Priority Mail box. Shipping is $8.50.
