There is an add here in Utah on KSL.com. The guy is selling brand new 14x14’ army tents brand new for $495. Does not come with a frame but they are easy to make.

I have two that are top quality and in great condition that we've pretty well decided to sell. They are fantastic tents, one is like new, but our group has gotten older and shrunk, and we just don't need the space.
