Hey guys I am looking for a savage 99 in 300 sav for my neighbor at camp. He wants one drilled and tapped for a scope with the brass cartridge counter. Let me know what you have.

Saw a 99 in 300 Savage at a local gun store last week. Didn’t handle it but it had a scope already mounted. Might be worth a call. T&K Guns and Archery located in Zanesville OH.

Sorry, mine is a 99C in 308

I have a 99 F in .300 Sav, pre-mil I believe. It currently has a newer Marbles tang sight on it, but I should still have the Weaver bases. I also have about 100 new brass cases.

I actually have two, with this one up for sale right now. I also have a circa-1957 EG that is factory drilled and tapped I could consider selling. And I might be able to set it up with a scope and mounts too - but I would have to look through my stuff.
