I have a nice Remington 700 RS stock for sale. Is for a long action sporter contour barrel. I had this on my 7mm mag BDL, but just found a Bergera stock I like better. Stock is very rigid and sturdy unlike the new Tupperware stocks on Remington guns. To my knowledge, these stocks were only produced in 1987-1988 for Remington.

Has not been bedded, Dremeled, or altered in any way. Has sling studs also. It’s solid black and has a textured (refrigerator type) finish.

Asking $150 obo shipped to lower 48. PayPal or Venmo will get quickest shipping, but will accept postal MO.

Can text pictures. Text me at (7zero6) 27zero-1454 and I will send them.

Thanks!
Weight?
I have no clue. Don’t have a scale to weigh it on.

It’s not “light” so it helps with the magnums. I’ll have to see if I can’t research the approximate weight.
I was thinking they were 35-36oz but it’s been a while….

You would have a better guess than me at this point!
A quick google search produced and old ad with a Remington 700 RS in 30-06 with a Zeiss scope that was around 9 lbs in total weight.

I had it on a Rem 700 7mag with a 6-24x50 Vortex scope and it wasn’t excessive heavy to carry and was more than a pleasure to shoot.
