I am selling my near perfect 6 Power John Unertl small game scope. This 3/4" scope, which is in absolutely pristine condition, comes complete with their bright aluminum micrometer style posi mounts, the Unertl recoil return spring system and the original screw-in lens covers. It is 18 1/2" long and weighs spot-on at exactly 16 ounces. The finish is 99% rich dark blue with basically no marks whatsoever. The lenses themselves are clear and scratch free. The scope has a fine crosshair reticle.
Unertl target scopes in this condition are getting very hard to find. They represent a time and attitude in gun building when things were done slower and quality handwork was paramount. This one has a serial number in the low 79,000's and was on a Griffin and Howe highwall that the new owner had a scope of his own he wanted to use. They are a great match for 22 rimfire or smaller centerfire rifles and I know you will be pleased with this one.
