Excellent condition leather gun belt with cartridge loops and leather holster. I am not sure the exact model this was designed for but it fit my three screw blackhawk very well and even fit a super redhawk ok. A smith 686 was in it when I acquired it and that also fit well. Works best with barrels 6" and less. The loops fit .357 very well.

Any idea on the waist size on this? Will it fit a scrawny little runt with a 32 inch waist?

At the moment I am probably a 36-38” waist and it fits me good with two holes from the end. Can take up another 4” pretty easy with the existing holes. I would say you are good to go.
