Very nice Mossberg branded Howa in 300 win mag. Nice figure in wood and this one shoots MOA or better. I have shot 1/2” - 5/8” 3-shot groups on occasion but consistent 3/4” - 1”. Comes with rings and bases only. Scope not included.
