When my new BIL got out of the academy 30 some years ago, I mouthed off and told him I could do just as much with a 3 foot two x four as he could with his fancy stick.

He proceeded to prove me very wrong.

I still have my Bianchi "Magic Wand". Hollow aluminum with molded rubber grip. Yes, it sounds like an aluminum softball bat hit.

#18 and #19 are riot sticks. Notice the cuts near the ends. They are about 3 feet long. Not used for swinging strikes. The grooves allowed for better grasping. Push back straight ahead of you or end strike and poke.
