I purchased 2, they are like brand new.
The CPU's are actually the AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U with a 2.7 GHz base clock and up to 4.7 GHz maximum boost clock, 20 MB cache and 8 cores because they are top tier G9 models not G8's.
They also have 16 GB DDR5-4800 RAM, a 512 M.2 SSD and RDNA integrated graphics you can actually play quite a few games with.

If you go to HP's product page and add to cart they are $1800 plus.
