I have a cabela’s gift card that I would like to trade for cash. It a corporate gift card that is only good for certain retailers (Lowe’s, bass pro, cabela’s, etc). What is the easiest thing to sell that would recoup 80-90% of purchase price? Thinking of Nightforce optics’s??? What would you buy from cabela’s if you wanted to resell for as close to retail as possible. I don’t mind taking a 10-20% loss in exchange for the cash, but would like to recoup as much as possible? What say you?
Can't you just sell the gift card?

I could, but I just figured people would rather see something concrete to know what their buying.

Wait for one of the 10% off days if buying from cabelas or bps. Also check active junky for cash back offers.
A good used gun is always nice to have. The depreciation is already done. It might take some looking but a deal can be found. Often they price too high but not always. My brother has found several very good deals there. Oddly enough, if you buy one specifically to flip, ATF may consider you an unlicensed dealer. They probably monitor this site. Yes, I look good in tinfoil. I find it quite becoming. 😁

Just to get the cash from a card, I’d sell it at around 80- 85% of face value to a friend or family member. Maybe even to someone at my gun club. I think that would be easier than flipping merchandise. I know lots of people who like to buy sporting goods.
