What would a complete left hand bolt cost?

Probably $400-ish, but you could sell the RH one for the same.

Is the stock 100% ambi?

Yes, the R8 Pro stocks are ambidextrous...no cheekpiece or cast. Change out the bolt body for RH or LH and have at it. There are both LH and RH bolt faces available, but they just determine which side of the action the empties eject to. I'm a righty and have used both.
