I consider this scope to be the best illuminated 1-inch-tubed model out there. It'll run with the big boys and definitely not disappoint you with its low light performance. In fact, from 15 minutes after sunset to 40 minutes after the other evening, it outperformed a $2000 Zeiss V6 in terms of apparent image brightness and contrast/color rendition.

It's no longer sold in the USA and is about as rare as hen's teeth. But I can't justify keeping it at this point. I could rave on and on about the features and performance. The only thing I'd change -- and this is highly personal -- is to have the dot more like the Zeiss #60, but that is neither here nor there as the KXi is a great optic just as it is.

The scope is in superb condition and includes the factory box, covers, etc.

$925 to your door anywhere in the US. Paypal f-f or plus the fees is preferred, but a snail-mail check or money order will be made to work if need be. I'd consider a partial trade for an easy-open (post 195,000 serial #) Contender frame. It would need to be a Texas deal, though. The shop I used for years has closed, and the only other near-by option likes to have transfers picked up immediately, which my health doesn't always allow.

Thanks...
