Up for sale is the LPS listed above. It is in excellent condition although not perfect. No ring marks and one small nick on objective bell and it’s in the pics. I promise you it looks way worse in these pictures. Perfect lenses. Great scope I simply don’t have a need for it or any 30mm scopes any more. It will ship well packed your door. I do NOT have the original scope cover or box(I just looked).

Yes it is! There is some connection to these and the original Leica rifle scopes.

Leica made the lenses for these LPS scopes. Great glass, I have a few that are 3.5 x 14 and 1.5 x 6. Built like a tank and made to last. Made when Leupold was trying to take over the market but failed. One of the best hunting scopes around for the price.

Leupold does not actually service this model any longer, but they will treat you very well with a replacement if anything goes wrong with it.
Had a 1.5-6 where the power rings went very tight, almost froze. Leupold couldn't repair, but sent out a replacement which was a large upgrade in MSRP value.

I was gonna let that detail come up in conversation. I received a VX5 HD for another one I had that got a little spec in the edge of the sight picture. I ended up selling it unopened. If I’d of thought to put up some resistance I think I could have worked it into a VX6 because the LPS was the flagship hunting scope Leupold offered….just food for thought.
