That looks an awful lot like a Chinese copy folks. I cannot find any record of a VX-7 line on Leupold’s website. 🤷‍♂️

Made from 2007 to (I believe ) 2011. Designed and intended to compete with the Euro market, and failed. It's probably the best scope ever made by Leupold. It definitely has the best finish. But in the end, consumers were unwilling to pay a Euro price for an American scope, regardless of its high quality.

At $675, this was an absolute steal. This particular model is the most popular and sought after in the line-up, and usually sells above $1,000.
