I got this used from a pawn shop in AZ, has a few scratches and dents in stock, nice looking and appears in good shape. I have never hunted with it, scope and mounts not included, they would be extra.

I don't think anyone is crying. If he wants to auction it off so be it. Set parameters. Set a start price and end time. High bidder wins. It's real simple..... BUT if you want to do that on a site like this and not gunbroker then be ok when it does not sell for what you want.
