Great gun, good price.
Anyone in need of a 06 this is better than many guns made today

Bedding the synthetic stock is pretty easy, mostly requires removing material to make room for the 721 safety mechanism. My 721 is the official "backup" rifle for all our hunts. It has killed more deer and elk than any other rifle in the closet.

I prefer the 721 over the 700LA, they just feel better in hand with the same accuracy potential, IMHO!

One of the best push feeds ever made. Son in law has mine. Shoots the cheap 150grn Federal blue box at 3/4”. This is a very good buy.

About 10 years ago a co worker sold me one of these for 150$ I made it to the gas station and a guy offered me 350 for it. I figured what the hell and sold it, lol

I have 1 in 270 that I picked up for a receiver hitch and a C note. Amazing shooter and 1 of the better factory triggers.

My first rifle was identical to yours, my dad got it for me used long, long ago. It"s now a 35 Whelen. Good luck on your sale

Someone needs an .06

Surprised still here. I saw the post about a budget rifle being $700.... this is better than a new "budget" rifle

Those Rem 721& 722’s are very under rated these days. Seems lots of todays shooters just don’t know them and they almost never get a lot of press. I’ve never once owned one that wouldn’t shoot 1/2” or a bit more even with factory ammo. I follow them atgun shops, auction etc and often you see them with either Unertl mounts or good scopes which says a lot
