I have a nice 24" New Hampshire 7mm08 Rem Encore barrel.
Barrel still has a nice deep blue.
I just don't need it.
It has a Leupold QD base and 1" QD rings. Rear ring is extended.
There is no rust, some of the pics kind of look like it on the rings but it is from the flash/lighting.

Does it favor a particular bullet / load recipe? How was the accuracy out of it? Thank you.

I put it on a frame and put a scope on it.

Then decided to go with a pistol barrel instead.

Most all of the New Hampshire barrels I have had in the past have been great.

That is why I picked this one up.

Will have to have 20 bucks to ship it to lower 48.

I may consider trading for a good quality 3-9x40 rifle scope?

Or maybe trade for an Encore pistol barrel with open sights?
