I have what appears to be a Browning BAR Mark II Lightweight Stalker, but it has a walnut stock. I don't see where Browning ever made this model with a walnut stock. Serial # 107NP035xx. Would this be a rare model? What's the value? Thanks for any help.

What caliber??? And they made a good Many of them I have one in 243 270 and 30-06 most I ever paid for any of them was $750 (all used) Today’s market $700-850ish in my opinion I’ve also got a 308 stalker model (synthetic ) in 308 It’s my favorite

Wasn't the Stalker models matte finished? Also, I'm not seeing a bolt release by the front of the magazine. Maybe a first gen version?
