I am the original buyer of this rifle and I sent payment and FFL on Monday just like I had told Paul I would. This just came to my attention that this had been relisted and I had no idea there was a problem. I have never received any inquiry as to the lack of payment and I assumed it had been received and was waiting for the check to clear. I do not understand why this was relisted so Paul if you can contact me as soon as possible to clear this up I would appreciate it. Let's see. You said you mailed it Monday. It wasn't here by the following Saturday and the email I sent went unanswered. Seems fairly reasonable to assume that you had changed your mind since mail only takes 3 days at the most.
I talked to Ryan this afternoon and asked him to cancel his check and resend if it wasn't here by Monday. I also told the winner of the subsequent auction to not send me any money until I could see if this was going to resolve itself.
The chances of it being lost in the mail seem fairly unlikely but I guess it can happen.
Do not know what has taken the check so long but Paul and I talked this afternoon and all is well. The check must have went the same route as the email that he sent to me because I have not received that yet either. I guess stuff just happens. Will resend payment if check is not there by Monday. Ever since they raised the fee's on stamps and such seems like the service has gone down hill. I've waited two weeks a couple of time for stuff. One was Priority. Not sure what's going on but I know it isn't good.
