I'd say it's a Yugoslavian Model 1924. The crest,although blurred,looks like the crest on my Mod 24b. The markings on the side mean it could have been made in Yugoslavia or in Belgium by FN as they were made in both places. If the picture of the crest were clearer I could be sure if it's a Mod 24b or not. It seems there's more writing under the crest than on mine so I'm guessing it's not a Mod 24b. Hope this helps.
