Colt Light Rifle that has been DuraCoated and has the upgraded lightweight NULA stock ($400), NULA follower, follower spring and ejector spring. Trigger is tuned to a crisp 2.5lbs. 24" barrel.
6lbs 2oz or so without mounts or scope. I have the factory stock also but it's been kind of dinged up where someone was going to bed it or something but it is usable. Has Weaver Grand Slam bases.
Duracoat is blemished in a few spots on end of barrel and on bolt handle but overall excellent condition.

Shoots VERY well. Multiple hunting bullets under an inch.

Hard to sell this 300 but I have the twin in 270 and have a 300wby to boot.

You cannot buy a better shooting 7lb rifle for this money. Balances perfectly. Shoots 165 Partitions as well as the targets shown for 130TTSX's.

Would consider a 7-08 as part trade. No mountain rifle style.

If I didn't have one already, I'd jump all over this!!! Very good deal on a nice rifle. Put a Lone Wolf lightweight stock and muzzle break on mine,and it shoots the same way. Got alot more than $750 in it also!

Curious on the weight of your stock.
Mel's good stock weighs 25 oz. He will tell you it weighs 20-22 but both of mine weigh 25/26.

I will sell this one in a brand new factory stock for $499 shipped.

Dave: I don't recall the exact weight of the Lonewolf stock (Summit), but average advertised weight is right at one pound. My Colt Lite weighs 6 lb. 10 oz. with Vari X III 3.5-10 x 40 scope & mount. My ULA weighs 6 lb. 12 oz. with the same scope and Talley mount. The Colt is 2" longer with Answer muzzle break.

Reason I ask is that I have a .270 CLR, and have seriously been thinking about getting one of the gen-u-ine NULA stocks for it.
