Does this win the prize for the oldest thread reanimation?
I found this old post looking for a certain member with “grouse” in their name. I bumped it as a joke, lots of old posts are being bumped as folks look for primers that were for sale years ago with the “still available?” comment! Plus, wtf is a “digital phone”?

It was "Digital" because the previous bag phone and cell phones were analog. In fact my FIL kept a bag phone that ran off a car battery at his cabin until Verizon cut it off saying they were not supporting analog anymore. He could get reception with it in places no one else's newer phone would. Technology Progress is a great thing. lol Kind of line the old landlines not needing power at your house because the line provided it. Now if your power goes out, your "landline" or internet provider phone sis not worth cr@p.
