If someone wanted this thing and took it before I flip/flop again......I would go ahead completing a custom build I have in mind.

In the mood to get my build done, but reserve the right to change my mind if I type it before an 'I will take it' comes in. Off to bed for me, see what mood I wake up in tomorrow. For the record any I will take it, WILL get this rifle.
