VX2 what power? What's your asking price or would you do a partial trade for reloading equipment?

Its a 3x9x40 and I am open to any trade of anything and Id probably yake 180 + shipping.

Going have to back down on this one. Just bought a 3-9x VX1.

BTW is yours a VariXII or a VXII?

For the OP,

Leupold has made:
Oldest to newest

Vari-X I, Vari-X II, Vari-X III

Then VX-I, VX-II, VX-III

Then VX-1, VX-2, VX-3

So if the mystery is over, and you want to sell your scope, can you let the folks who are interested know which of the above you are selling?

The reason I am posting this is I was unaware of the above information at one time, until someone helped me out.

Older and VX-2 don't jive as the VX-2 is ~1 year old at best.

I think he probably got it right in the OP when he said VX-II.

I would add "vari x II C (has more adjustment range up n down rt and left) which falls between vari x II and vx II. Please post cerial #. This will allow folks to look up the date of manufacture.
Also, what kind of scratches on the lenses?
Also, is it matte or gloss finish, and what kind of scratches on finish or dents on bell? A more detailed description will help u sell it.

where do I find the serial #

"where do I find the serial #?"

It's on the side of the turret...that raised portion at the middle of the lenght of the scope, where the windage & elevation adjustments are.
