Lights are imported but we are an American company and handle any warranty issues at KMD Garage if they should ever come up. All lights have a 1 year warranty.

KMDG, I see these run at 10-30V DC Do they need the full 30V to reach the stated lumen output?

No they are setup to have rated output at 12 volts. They will only give around 250 more lummens at higher voltage.
