Wondering the value? Comes with 7 Briley choke tubes. No case approximately 90% minor handling marks.
thanks for your input.
If that thing had 26" bbls, I'd love to have it. As far as fair price, I'd say in the 1500 range, depending on condition. They didn't make those for very long.... They made the target grey stainless and a mirror polished stainless, both are pretty rare. Cool shotguns.
Sold my "All-Weather" for $1000, and I see 1 or 2 each year in the $1000-$1500 range...choke tubes are about $50 each new so adjust the price accordingly...and I do miss "Silver Thunder" that's why I bought an "All Weather" that had a factory camo dip so it wasn't as flashy in the blind!
I sold my All-Weather with six tubes last year, in excellent condition, for $900.
What barrel length is the most desirable with these guns? I think the 30" is usually for sporting clays or trap isn't it?
26" is most desirable.
I would say 28" is most desireable and 30" as a close second

I'd have to agree.

Both would sell quicker and maybe bring a little more money than a 26" model.
Well, I bought the Ruger today. It does have a few scratches on the stock from being hunted but it is in good shape. I'll find out how well I like after I shoot a few clays with it. Thanks for the input from everyone.
Good for you.
I wasn't going to chime in, but 30 inches are perfect for clay games.
Should be fine for most hunting too.
Enjoy!

If it fits you (you'll know soon enough... cool ), you're gonna like it.

A do-all, go-anywhere gun.

Mine was also a 30" model, destined for waterfowl, but I just wasn't shooting it enough to justify. I still sometimes regret selling it, especially when I need to take another (non-stainless/synthetic...) gun out in the weather.

Go put a few more scratches on it and have fun!
The geese hate 30" barrels...I'm just sayin'!

A stainless Red Label has been on my want list since Ruger came out with them.
If you don`t mind me asking , what did you end up paying for the Ruger?
I have my eye on the exact same gun and may have to pull the trigger:)

Let's just say I'm happy with the price.
