Marlin 39 TDS (Perfect 22 for behind the truck seat) Rare!

Excellent condition Marlin Model 39 TDS for sale. I think it has the JM stamp Mid 90's at the original Marlin Plant in North Haven, Connecticut. The TDS is a very rare model with a 16" barrel, short forearm, and straight stock. The gun has one little dent in the stock. See picture labled "Dent in stock" Comes with scope mount and hammer extender, I am selling this gun for a good friend of mine. Don is 85 and computers are not his thing. Don bought this gun in the mid 90's and shot it very little. It spent most of its life in his display cabnet. The original TDS case has been lost. I am including a Beretta case that will hold the gun perfectly in its broke down position. $750.00 plus $20 shipping and insurance to your FFL

I noticed that the rear site was removed to accommidate for the scope mount. I am going to reduce the rifle to $700.00 plus the $20 shipping and insurance.
