Just bought a pair of USMC RAT boots from Danner for $79, normally $300. They are seconds, but I don't care about blemishes for that price.

How do the sizes run on these?
I typically go a 9.5 wide.
These are awesome boots. Wore a set for a deployment in Afghanistan. The best boot ever to hit my feet for sure.

about 30 minutes too late with the goods, chief.
That did work. $72 for a pair of made in US boots is a rocking deal. Hoping they fit.
I tried the breaker10 and didn't work but it may because I used it last time...... Boot collector..

For those who have them, are they running true to size?

Oh that totally sucked earlier. Finally got the email about the sale, logged in, they had my size, added to cart, put in my cc info and checked out. Got a sold out message even though I had the damn boots in my cart and hit the pay button. Literally less than 1 minute and they were gone, even though they were in my cart and I checked out and paid. Third time that has happened to me on that site, with the same damn rat boots. I'm done. Lasted about as long as a first gen remington TI for $500.

Just got the Rats today. Seem to fit really good. Have 60 pounds of sand in the pack and will take them for a spin tonight or tomorrow. Cautiously optimistic and wishing I had bought 2 pair now.
Hey, if anybody got theirs and they are size 10 regular width, and they don't like them for some reason let me know. I missed out on the buy after I had them in my shopping cart and checked out, got a message that they were sold out.

Just got mine today, 12 regular width. They fit good, true to size.
Took a fast 45 minute stroll with the Rats and 60 pound pack this morning. They really feel good and should get better after a few trips. Now looking for a backup pair.
