I have an Alexander Arms 16" upper that is completely stock except the Smith vortex flash hider. It only has 20+/- rnds down the pipe for break in and function test. Just to cover my basis I will say less than 50 rnds fired. The lower receiver is a Tactical Innovations w/Ace stock and a unknown lpk, it functions flawlessly. My asking price is $1250 firm plus shipping and rifle will cone with one ten round magazine. I have additional magazines, brass or loaded ammo that can be purchased by the buyer as well.

brush buster I offered him $650 for the upper. By his response sounds to me like he wants to recoup all his money back.
I am trying to recoup some cash for a different project. Complete 16" rifles go for $1350+/-. I will sell this one for $1200 w/2-10rnd mags. That's an extra mag and a $50+ flash hider for $150 less and this thing only has a box of ammo through it. I am trying to raise $800 and I have ammo and brass to try and make it work.
