Yes it is. It was made about 20 years ago by the old owner, before he died. I think their Quaility of Leather Carving & attention to detail was a little better back then.
Although, some of their newer mfg holsters I use nowadays are still really nice workmanship.

I don't even have a horse and I have the can't help its for that.
