Big Bore 94s didn't have safeties.

Actually, some of them did. They were made during the transition. This one, judging from the pics, does not have the safety. I have one, it's a great rifle for anything in NA.

ZAC is correct. No safety. I have seen them with the cross bolt safety though.

Great rifle, yes. But, I wouldn't recommend that chambering for the big bears - Brown/grizzly/polar. I would hate to see someone buy a 375 Win. for that purpose.
