Firearms Systems and Designs Inc. "The Ultimate" trigger actuator for a Ruger 10/22.
This is a device designed to be fitted to a Ruger 10/22 and actuates the trigger with each forwrd and backward movement of the 'actuator' - a lever type mechanical device. This device fits the outside of the firearm and does not modify the gun, just attaches to it. The firearm will still only fire one time for each trigger 'pull' or activation.
Included is the original operating manual ( 2 double sided photocopies) , other mfg literature ( also photocopies) and Department of the Treasury, BATF, letter photocopies responding to a mfg inquiry about whether or not the item is a firearm as defined by GCA 1968 (letter states it is NOT). Letter is dated Feb 1, 1984.
This actuator is not a crank type actuator nor a slamfire or recoil fire actuator.
I have not installed this on a firearm nor have knowledge of its use by others. Interesting mechanical device. May or may not be legal to use in your locale. If it isn't, then you don't want it.
Appears complete with exception of two pin keepers (circlips) which should be available thru most any hardware store.
