Kifaru 12-man Tipi - fully seam sealed - save $$$$

I have a 12-man Kifaru tipi that has only been used 6 nights. Tipi has been fully and thoroughly seam sealed, saving you many hours of time and effort. You can also save a big chunk of money with this one. Oh, I am missing one of the tent stakes that came with it, but I still had extras last time I put this up. I'm guessing they include extras.

$1250 shipped gets it. Money order, certified funds, or personal check (shipment held until clear), or PP gift are acceptable payment forms. Not really looking for trades, but would consider one *stainless* R700 short action receiver (only) or receiver with mag bolt.

In response to several similar questions..... The tipi is 30D material the older ones were a heavier 70D material. The tent and stuff sack weigh 6lb 15oz. Add the pole and stakes and the total weight is approximately 11.5lbs. Four can easily and comfortably sleep in here with room for a stove. With three guys, a stove, and all the wood you need for several days it's good to go. Definitely the lightest and best base camp or spike camp option around for multiple people. I do have wiggle room on the price so few free to give me a shout to discuss.
