Bought this gun quite a few years ago new unfired and it's still there. Original Browning BBR made by Mikoru in 1979.
Chambered in .270 Winchester and is in pristine condition except for two small safe marks on the right side of stock. Still have the original box(not in great condition but still solid. Scope is a Nikon Monarch UCC 3-9X40. Thinking of selling to fund AR project.

my guess is the right guy might pay $750, but wouldnt happen overnight....
agree with elkivory - about $750. these are GREAT guns. i have three of them myself. Great wood & bluing, 9 locking lugs, balanced weight. I love a good - heavy - but balanced bolt action.
I also own three in different calibers. Definately one of the strongest actions ever. I had one in 7mm Rem Mag that got completely destroyed by a buddy of mine that I lent it to. Fired a 30-06 round that he inadvertently loaded into it in the dark and actually fired the rifle. Bullet went out the barrel, bottom of the stock blew out at the floorplate, but the barreled action stayed together. Don't know of too many rifles that could withstand that !
by the way, at todays prices, this gun and scope setup would give the buyer much better quality ( IMO ) for the dollar then likely any entry level package in a similar price range (plus some class and pride of ownership...)
I'm a huge A bolt ll fan, got over a dozen of them in many different calibers.

Sorry I think $750 is a real stretch. Because it's a wood stock and new, I think the gun alone is worth less than $500 and it may be less popular to sell than you think.

I've seen used ones in gun shops and they just don't move.
I don't mean to degrade your rifle but I do trade a lot of Browning rifles.
The action will take a pounding. A friend kept loading one with 7828, more each time till there was no more velocity to be had.

It is, however, heavy and the stock is quite blocky. Did not fit me very well.

If I had a hole in my safe I might have one.
