Too many reels, this one is redundant x 3 for reels in the 9/10 wt line class and it never gets used anymore. It's been on a rod three times, used sparingly twice. Beautiful reel, great drag, just always find myself picking up one of my others.

Currently spooled with 380 yds of 30 lb backing and a 10 wt clear intermediate SA Mastery Series Striper taper line.

I no longer have the box, but it will ship with the neoprene cover.

Correct. Same guts, just not as super light. It's fine on a two hand spey rod or a rod used for sight fishing or other limited casting work. A bigger guy wouldn't mind it on an all day blind casting rig, but it wouldn't be my choice to use it for such.
