Bought a really nice original Remington Ti in 7/08 off of Gunbroket 2 weeks ago that I'm interested in trading for a Barrett Fieldcraft in 6.5 or possibly other caliber. I haven't mounted a scope or shot this rifle yet. I am booked on a mountain goat hunt in British Columbia in September and I'm in the process of trying to pick my rifle. The 3 non custom rifles that I considered are the Kimber Mountain Ascent, the original Remington Ti and the Barrett Fieldcraft. I already have a Kimber Mountain Ascent in 308 which is lighter than the Ti and feels better to me and wins on those grounds alone. Last one to try is the Barrett Fieldcraft. I'll sell the one that I don't pick out of those two.
