Draw Length. An arrow will only be tuned to a specific Draw length. More or less energy will be imparted to it at a different draw length,requiring a different tune.

Sorry, the DR initials threw me, I suspect the R was intended to be an L, regardless I may still not have known what you were talking about. Of course I was the shooter during the tuning process and my draw length is 27".
