375 H&H Whitworth Sarfari - 24hourcampfire

Very nice Whitworth Safari 375 H&H for sale. The metal looks to me to be as new. The wood has a couple of nicks, likely from inside a safe.
Glass bedded with extra lug under the barrel. Has cross bolt. I don't think a scope has been mounted on this rifle. I bought this used and have fired two rounds in it. Either this rifle goes or my pre-64 Winchester 375 H&H AI with muzzle break goes (also in very nice condition, but 2x the money)

New, never been used reloading dies, either Lee or Hornady - your choice included. (The AI dies have loaded 20 rounds.) the Winchester could include some formed brass and dies.

OK, it didn't sell... What's it worth? I'd like to sell the rifle. I have 3ea. 375's. The other two are more expensive. This is a nice rifle with express sights. I don't need three.

I had one similar a few years back that I think finally sold between $700 and $800 (can't remember for sure) to a local rancher that was going to Kodiak. Any interest in a S&W 586 (no dash) 4"?

Since you asked........I was following one that sold here in the classifieds when you posted yours. The other looked to be in higher condition, or at least the stock was. It sold for $950 shipped. You can search for "whitworth" in the title and find it easily.

Thanks. The stock does have a couple of dings, I tried to show them, they looked like safe dings -- dings non the less. But with the Express sights I thought it was worth more. The metal is in very good condition.
