Wood, blue steel. It is the before T3 edition with steel parts. I have purchased it used in 2013 and functioned as a range gun with me. I have put 17 rounds through the tube. There are signs of use but nothing major. It is very accurate with any factory ammo I have tried. Price is $550+SH to your FFL. Scope is not for sale. Optilock rings can be had for an additional $80.

Nice rifle and chambered for a much superior round. Are these drilled like a T3 or do they require Sako specific rings, such as the Optiloks?

They are drilled also. I believe the T3 bases fit.

They are drilled for T3 bases or can use T3 style rings.
