Bought new years ago, pulled it out of the box and verified it worked back then. Put it back in the box and it's been there ever since until I pulled it out again to take pictures for this ad, and to verify that it still indeed works. Pics show it after calibration and verified with 320 grains of check weights and again with a 20 grain check weight. Then programmed it to dispense a 47.5 grain load of IMR-3031 which is also pictured. Worked fine. Still has the protective cover on the screen and button display. It's a neat setup but I just don't use it. The only thing it's missing is the original manual. I guess I neglected to put it back in the box. The manual is available as a pdf download from RCBS: RCBS Chargemaster Combo Instructions which I have printed out and will include.

When I did the search for that manual, I also saw links mentioning a way to program it to work faster. Here is one such: RCBS Chargemaster 1500 Speed Up Instructions - Accurateshooter.com which the thread poster claims came from RCBS.

I have made no modifications of any kind, programming or otherwise. Other than the two function tests, it is unused.

Is the Ohaus for sale?

No. ONLY the RCBS Chargemaster Combo (scale and powder dispenser unit) and what came with it in the box is for sale. It includes the powder pan and the two 50 grain calibration weights shown in the cavities on either side of the platen, but the check weights are not included. I used those to demonstrate the scale is accurate and then dispensed a load of IMR-3031 to verify the dispenser was working.
