Up for sale is a Remington 700 LVSF in .223 I purchased this rifle in unfired condition and have never fired it. It's been a safe queen since I've owned it and it's in excellent condition. I was collecting the lvsf rifles at one time but that fad is over. I'm thinning the herd a bit to fund a new custom 700 SA type rifle in 6.5x47L or 6.5 creed. I have this rifle in 220 Swift, it's a great shooter.
.17 rem,.221 fireball,.223 rem,22-250,.243,7mm-08 and .308 are the only chambers ive ever known about in the lvsf line up.
But never say never.

By the way my Remington 700 VSSF in 220 Swift shoots extremely well also.
I wonder if Remington would chamber such a short barreled Rifle in 220 Swift?
Anyway I always pay attention to Remington 700 LVSF Rifles that come up for sale and were originally offered for sale and I have not seen the 220 Swift chambering in any of them.

Yes indeed they shoot well i have a vssf in 22-250 that consistently shoot 3/4" groups at 300 with 50gr. V max
