Were these after market holes drilled to later model 70 specs? Might check so no disappointments!
If you have .860 hole spacing front and rear, I have a set of Talley steel bases and low fixed steel rings that could work for you if interested. They are the Talley matte which is more like a satin and look great in pre-64s
